DEVELOPING A CURRICULUM FOR YOUTH ON CARING FOR CREATION
Leaders from across the Province of Southern Africa Youth Council gathered in Cape Town with the Green Anglicans team to work on a curriculum for youth. We were honoured to have the Provincial Youth Chaplain, and Diocesan youth workers from Cape Town, Natal, Matlosane as well as local youth members
The material covers the theology of caring for creation and how young people can act practically to change their lifestyles. A group have been working on the materials for several months and now was the time to share the draft materials with Anglican youth leaders and chaplains for their feedback on how it might best work for their context
Great ideas and resources were shared and the programme will soon be piloted and then roll out in 2019

The group shared an outdoor Eucharist with Rev Shaun Cozett
We ended the day with a braai where we said our farewells to Ncumisa Magadla who has moved on from the Green Anglicans office and said welcome to Bino Makalanyane.
