The parish of Bernard Mizeki, in Mbwekweni, Diocese of Saldanha Bay has a thriving Sunday School led by Ms Zodwa Fani who runs the Godly Play programme. They decided to prepare a special surprise Mothers Day gift for all the mothers. They collected tins from the local school feeding schemes and painted them up beautifully.
They partnered with Green Anglicans who sourced a donation of spekboom cuttings. . There were enough plants for every one in church including fathers and it was a very awesome day for the special parents.
